The technical bit... PennyHeels have been in development for over two years. Most of that time was spent finding the exact adhesive that would keep the PennyHeel in place, but not be impossible to remove. Invented by a man(!) to help his partner not damage her shoes, PennyHeels will shortly be available throughout the country.
