Here are our top tips to get the best out of your high heels, stilettos and kitten heels:-

• Learn how to walk in your heels – If you're new to heels, practise walking before wearing them in public. Stand straight, look straight ahead, keep shoulders back and down, hold your abs firm, relax your knees and hips, and you're off!
